Eid Special Sewai Recipe | Sweet Dish Dessert | Meethi Seviyan Banane Ka Tarika | Festive Special
1) Sewai lachcha -200 gms
2) Ghee -2 tspns
3) Milk Powder -4 tblspns
4) Khoya – 2-3 tblspns
5) Saffron -3-4 threads dipped in water/milk
6) Chopped dry fruits (cashew, almond, Pistachio, raisins) – 4 tblspns
7) Sugar -4-5 tblspns
Preparation Time – 5 -7 minutes
Cooking Time -5-6 minutes
Method Of Cooking:
Heat the ghee in a pan. Roast the Sewai in a low flame. When it turns light brown in colour add the sugar and mix it gradually. Add the saffron water. Cover the lid for 2 minutes.
Open the lid and add the milk powder. Add some water (2-4 tblspns) and cover it for a few seconds.
Open the lid and add the Khoya and the chopped dry fruits. Mix well . Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve .
