Fish (Basa , boneless) -500 gms
Salt – According to taste
Pepper -2-3 tspns
(crushed) Cornflour -4 tblspn
Chopped Spring Onion -1 cup
Chopped Garlic -10-12 pods
Lemon Juice -1 lemon
Refined Oil / Olive Oil / Butter (for deep fry)
Method Of Cooking
Cut the Basa fish fillet into small pieces separating the main bone. Marinate the fish with a little salt,pepper and lemon juice. Add the cornflour and mix well.
Heat the refined oil / olive oil / butter in a non-stick pan / kadhai. Deep fry the marinated fish and set it aside.
In a non -stick pan heat one tspn refined oil/butter and saute the chopped garlic . When the garlic turns light brown in colour add the spring onion. Saute it and add a little salt. Add the crushed pepper .Add the fried fish. Mix the fish with the other ingredients. Garnish with chopped Spring Onion and butter and serve it hot .
