Veg Chowmein Recipe Without Soy Sauce and Vinegar | Veg Hakka Noodles Without Sauces and Vinegar For Kids | Zero Sauce Zero Vinegar Chow Mein In this video, we have shown how to make Veg Chowmein / Chow Mein / Noodles , without Soy / Soya sauce, Chilly Sauce and Vinegar . This is a very easy and quick healthy recipe which you can make for the entire family members and Kids. This recipe is Kids Friendly . To make it healthier, you can use Rice Noodles. Chowmein / Noodles is a very favorite dish in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and South Eastern Asia.

Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time -8-10 minutes
Noodles /Chowmien -250-300 gms
Chopped Garlic (10-12 pods)
Chopped Onion (1 big)
Chopped /Julian Ginger (1 and a half)
Chopped Capsicum (1 medium size)
Red Bell Pepper (1 medium size)
Yellow Bell Pepper (1 medium size)
Chopped Spring Onion (half cup)
Chopped Green Chillies Lemon Juice -2 tspn
Salt (according to taste)
Refined oil -4-5 tblspn
Method Of Cooking
Heat some water in a tumbler .Add two tspns of refined oil and a little salt to it. When the water comes to boil, add the noodles/thin Chowmien cakes. Boil it for 2-3 minutes and strain the noodles and rinse it under running water (normal).
Heat the oil in an iron yok / pan/ kadhai. Add the chopped Garlic, chopped Green Chillies and saute. Add the chopped Onion and fry until it gets translucent. Add the Julian Ginger and mix well.Add the Capsicum, Carrotsfor and the Bell Peppers and shallow fry the vegetables. Add the Lemon Juice. (Can also add soya sauce ).Mix it well.
Add the boiled Noodles / Chowmien and mix well with all the ingredients. Add the required salt. Garnish it with chopped Spring Onion ,Tomato Ketchup and serve it hot. Adding of Sauce for garnishing is optional.
